The Premium Pro Plus pre-deadener cream is designed for use before pain sensitive skin procedures. It has been reformulated to improve the speed and depth of pain relief, using a combination of two active ingredients, Lidocaine and Tetracaine. It has a neutral pH level of 7 and is safe for use near sensitive areas, such as eyeliner permanent makeup procedures.
